FixerPro LLC ("FixerPro", "we") runs fixerpro.net. This policy explains what we collect when you request an estimate and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you enter in our forms: name, mobile number, ZIP code, address, project details and photos you send us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, the page you came from, and ad click identifiers.
- Records of our calls and texts with you, including recordings and transcripts of calls handled by our automated assistant.
How we use it
- To contact you about your project by call, text and email, schedule visits, and send estimates.
- To pass your request to the crew that will do the work.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To keep records of your consent.
Text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for us.
Who we share with
Service providers that run our website, CRM, phone and text systems, and advertising measurement (for example, Meta). They may only use your data to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information.
